By accessing or using Analytico ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Analytico is an ad fraud detection and traffic quality analysis platform. It provides:

• JavaScript tracking pixels for website traffic analysis.
• Real-time bot and fraud detection.
• Dashboard analytics and reporting tools.
• Direct link protection and filtering.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use it for unauthorized purposes.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to track websites you do not own or have authorization to track.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
• Generate fraudulent traffic to circumvent detection.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Payments are processed manually via the configured payment gateways. Plans activate upon admin approval of your payment submission.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Analytico and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your website data and analytics belong to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analytico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
